1. Who can use HimJodi

You must be between 21 and 45, legally allowed to marry, and looking for a life partner. A parent, sibling or relative may create a profile for someone only with that person’s consent.

2. Your profile

Give true, current information and use photos of the person the profile is for. Do not add phone numbers, emails or links to your profile text.

3. Respect and safety

No harassment, hate, nudity, fake profiles, commercial promotion or requests for money. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules. Use Block and Report if anyone makes you uncomfortable.

4. Premium plans

Paid plans are bought and managed through Google Play, renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play, and follow Google Play’s refund rules.

5. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy policy.

6. No guarantee of a match

HimJodi helps you meet people; we do not guarantee a match or verify every statement members make. Take your time and follow our safety tips.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
